Shipping & Returns


Your order will be processed 2-4 business days after purchase. Shipping time quoted at checkout is the estimated time for your order to reach you once it leaves our facility. Please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped during a sale due to the high volume of orders. Hiyo is not responsible for package deliveries affected by natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our Canadian carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

Orders will be shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Orders over $75 within the Edmonton area qualify for free local curbside drop off. Orders over $150 in the US and Canada qualify for free shipping. We are sorry, free international shipping is not offered at this time.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. Hiyo is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address and we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery information.

Packages returned to Hiyo Brand Inc. due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy below.


We want you to be completely happy with your Hiyo purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we happily accept eligible returns to your original payment within 14 days of the fulfillment of the order (the date it leaves the warehouse).

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds after items have been washed.

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
  • original price

We accommodate free return labels for any items that are damaged or may have a defect. All other returns require a minimal freight fee at the customer’s cost.


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damages occurred from accidents or misuse. If you feel that the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at Please include your name, order #, and any photos of the damaged area.
